Vagabond
I plan, manage, and produce digital design solutions for our e-commerce site at vagabond.com. We work in cross-functional teams to take ideas from concept to execution, working with developers, creatives and project managers. My job is to interpret the team’s concepts into design that will deliver an effective user experience. And also to maintain/analyze the customer journey to discover glitches and propose solutions. Previously I also created content for campaigns to use on the site and other digital platforms, such as social media and newsletters.
Some examples of work I have done for Vagabond:
UX & UI for our new return process
I set the flow and architecture of the new return process for Vagabond.com. Understanding all different scenarios that includes making a return and make every solution work for both the user and for Vagabond. Having a close collaboration with the team of developers and project manager deciding what needs to be done and how. As always, creating wire frames, prototypes, doing research, analysis. Testing the product and having close communication with our developers throughout the sprint progress.
Re-design of our start page
Setting the layout to work with our campaigns throughout all seasons/collections. Make the work for our editors more flexible and easier.
Re-design of our product page
The goal was to focus on product transparancy and to increase conversion. We incorporated more product information like material composition and fitting information, and displayed the product images in a way it would be easier to overview. A/B-testing different features to see what worked best for the users.
Lookbook campaign
Together with our advertising agency Frankenstein we where to create a Lookbook campaign for season SS19. We did several photoshoots together and also created some supportive styling images ourselves, to match the content from the agency. I took the result of the campaign and created a design that we implemented on the site and other digital platforms like social media and newsletters.
