Main responsibilities:

  • Working in the e-commerce development team, responsible for optimizing the customer experience on site, including doing research which includes gathering qualitative/quantitative data, comparing benchmarks and competitors. Planning and executing the result of the research which includes creating wire frames & prototypes, organizing A/B-test and presenting to stakeholders. Having a close collaboration with our developers which includes specifying the projects in detail and testing the final products.
  • Analyze website performance and make sure we reach defined KPIs, and always try to find opportunities to improve customer experience & satisfaction.
  • Technical support regarding our site, to our online team and other departments.
